Dr. Beaupré
Dr. Marc Beaupré was born and raised in North Bay , Ontario . After graduating from high school he pursued his studies at Queen's University in Kingston where he received his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in1998. After writing his dental aptitude test (D.A.T.), Dr. Beaupré studied dentistry at Laval University in Quebec city .
Since dental school, Dr. Beaupré has been involved in organized dentistry including sitting on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Dental Association. For his contribution, Dr. Beaupré received the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award in 2002. He is still involved with the Canadian Dental Association today as a member of the Council on Education.
Dr. Beaupré is in his fifth year of dental practice in the Ottawa area and has been at Place D'Orleans Dental Office since 2003. He has attended numerous seminars on esthetic dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, digital photography and CAD/CAM dentistry. He has received Invisalign Ó , CEREC Ó and ZOOM Ó training with courses both in Canada and the United States .
Dr. Beaupré enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including esthetic dentistry and major restorative (crowns, bridges, onlays and implant restorations). Basic restorative (white fillings) and surgery are also an important part of his practice.
Dr. Beaupré is married to Dre Nadine Laplante, his university sweetheart. They moved to the country three years ago and still reside in Casselman today. Dr. Beaupré enjoys scuba diving, cross country skiing and tennis. He is fluent in French and English and is an active member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association and a member in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario .
